Lindsay grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago and has pretty much always needed to be moving. She found CrossFit in 2018, and started coaching in 2019.
She trained and coached through pregnancy and is still training in her postpartum era, which made her especially passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum athletes stay active in ways that feel safe, strong, and realistic. She loves gymnastics-style movements, Olympic lifts, and helping people build confidence with skills they once thought were “not for them.”
Her coaching style is detail-oriented, encouraging, and she likes to inject humor whenever she can, especially when workouts get a little spicy. She’s big on meeting people where they’re at and making tough workouts feel doable.
You’ll also probably see her in class with her daughter in tow, she’s been coming to the gym since she was 4 months old, so chalk dust is basically part of her upbringing.
Outside the gym, Lindsay spends time volunteering with animals, playing trivia, going to concerts, traveling, and hanging with her husband, daughter, and pup.
